Reactivating a user restores their access to Quixy after they have been deactivated. This action is used when a user rejoins the organization, resumes responsibilities, or needs platform access again. Reactivation keeps all historical data intact while returning the user to an active state.
- Access Restoration: A reactivated user regains access to Quixy. They can log in, access workspaces once roles are assigned, perform tasks, and participate in processes based on their permissions.
- Role and Permission Control: Reactivation does not automatically restore previous roles. Administrators must explicitly assign roles to control what the user can access. This ensures only current and required permissions are granted.
- Workflow Participation: After reactivation and role assignment, the user becomes eligible for workflow stages, task ownership, and approvals. Until roles are assigned, the user remains inactive in workflows.
- Data Preservation: All historical data remains unchanged after reactivation. Audit logs, workflow history, approvals, and past actions stay available for compliance and traceability.
- The user status changes to Active.
- Previous roles remain unassigned and must be reassigned.
- The user does not appear in workflows until roles are assigned.
- Historical records remain intact and visible.
