Basic Fields

Field Type	Description
Textbox	Captures free text or alphanumeric input. Use it for names, descriptions, addresses, or comments.
Number	Accepts numeric values only. Use it for quantities, prices, counts, or reference numbers.
Date	Lets users pick a date from a calendar or type it manually. Use it for due dates, event dates, or record timelines.
Checkbox	Allows users to select or clear an option. Use it for Yes or No choices or simple confirmations.
File Upload	Lets users attach files, images, or photos from their device. Use it to collect documents, proofs, or supporting material.
Radio	Shows multiple options where only one selection is allowed. Use it for single-choice questions.
Drop-down	Displays a predefined list of options. Use it to maintain consistent data entry and avoid manual typing.
Calculate	Automatically computes values using inputs from other fields. Use it for totals, percentages, or derived values.
Grid	Captures multiple rows of related data in a table format. Use it when users need to enter repeated information under the same structure.
