A Kanban View named Task Board is created to help project teams monitor and manage tasks through a card-based workflow. The Task Board organizes tasks into stages such as Backlog, In Progress, In Review, QA Verification, and Done, providing a clear view of task progress.
The Task Board displays task information through Kanban cards, including Task Title, Assignee, Priority, Story Points, Due Date, and Sprint.
The task cards include an interactive Assignee action. Clicking an Assignee opens the Assignee Task Distribution report, which shows the number of tasks assigned to that person across different stages. This helps users understand the assignee's task distribution and current progress.
The Task Board uses a Color Column to visually differentiate the task stages, while an Order Column controls the order in which the task cards appear within the board.
