The Household Survey Board is a Kanban View built on the Household Registration data table. It gives supervisors a single visual layout of every submitted household, organized by survey status, without needing to open a report or search the data table directly.
| Board Column | What It Contains |
|---|---|
| Registered | Newly submitted household records awaiting supervisor review |
| Under Verification | Household records currently being reviewed and validated by the supervisor |
| Rejected | Household records that did not meet the verification requirements or contain invalid information |
| Verified | Household records that have successfully completed verification |
| Closed | Household records for which the survey and verification process has been completed, and no further action is required |
Each card on the board shows the Household ID, Name of Head of Household, Locality, Submission Date, and Survey Status, giving a supervisor enough detail to identify a household without opening the full record.
Dragging a card between columns updates its survey status, and clicking a card opens the full household registration record.
