Caddie is Quixy’s AI assistant that helps users get instant data insights, predictions, explanations, and visualizations using natural language prompts.
It allows users to interact with application data and documents without writing queries, building reports, or depending on technical teams. Caddie analyzes data and presents results in the form of text, charts, or summaries to support faster and more informed decision-making.

Note
Caddie is an add-on feature and requires a separate subscription to access its advanced AI capabilities.
Caddie is an AI layer within the Quixy platform that works on top of your existing applications and data. It reads data stored in Quixy tables and documents and provides insights, summaries, and visual outputs. Caddie does not handle data capture or process execution. All workflows, approvals, and business rules continue to run as configured in Quixy.
In day-to-day operations, users often need quick answers such as what is happening in their data, which records need attention, where delays or gaps exist, and how values are changing over time. Traditionally, this requires reports, filters, or exports. Caddie simplifies this by allowing users to ask questions directly and get results instantly.

Caddie provides the following core capabilities:
Users can ask questions in plain language to retrieve data from applications.
Caddie can generate reports based on user prompts without manual configuration.
Caddie analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and changes over time.
Caddie can detect unusual or irregular data patterns in application data.
Caddie can read and analyze documents such as PDFs, reports, and spreadsheets.
Caddie allows users to organize records using simple natural language commands.
Generated reports can be saved and reused for future reference.
Caddie is designed for users who need quick answers, insights, and clarity from application data without depending on reports, technical users, or manual analysis. It is suitable for anyone working with data in Quixy who wants to understand trends, identify issues, and make decisions faster using simple natural language questions.
Caddie focuses on reading, analyzing, and explaining data to provide insights and clarity. Actions such as creating or updating records, executing workflows, performing automations, and applying business rules continue to be handled through applications, workflows, and business logic in Quixy.
