A Head Office buyer opens the Create Promotion form to define the promotion name, duration, and store submission deadline, then selects the participating stores. The buyer then uses the Add Articles form to associate promotional articles with the promotion, along with their current stock, reorder level, and recent sales history. Both records are visible immediately in the Promotion Planning View, giving the buyer a single place to track every promotion's timeline and article list.
Participating stores review the promotion through the Store Quantity Submission form, checking each article's MRP, promotional selling price, and current stock before entering the quantity they need. Every submission updates the Promotion Execution View in real time, so Head Office can see which stores have responded and which are still pending as the deadline approaches.
Once store demand is in, the Head Office buyer opens the HO Buyer Allocation form to compare requested quantities against available inventory for each article, then approves, partially approves, or rejects the request and records the allocated quantity with remarks where needed. The Retail Promotion Dashboard and the Promotion Summary, Store Quantity, and Promotion Status Reports stay updated throughout, giving Head Office full visibility into the promotion from creation through allocation.
