| Promotion Created | Notifies participating stores when a new promotion is created and articles are added |
| Submission Deadline Approaching | Notifies store users one day before the promotion's submission deadline |
| Submission Overdue | Notifies the store and the Head Office buyer when a store has not submitted required quantities by the deadline |
| Allocation Completed | Notifies the store once the Head Office buyer approves, partially approves, or rejects its submitted quantities |
