This is how the Task & Sprint Management module works end-to-end, from a task being created to leadership reviewing sprint performance.
- A team member creates a Task, selecting a Task Type that determines which fields are shown.
- The task moves through Backlog, In Progress, and In Review as work is completed.
- As work progresses, the assignee logs hours, building actual effort alongside the story point estimate.
- QA Verification confirms the task meets acceptance criteria before it's marked Done.
- Throughout, the Sprint Board shows every task's live status, and Sprint Reports and the Project Dashboard give leadership visibility into completed work, workload, and logged effort.
