| Request Submitted | Notifies the approver when a new leave request is submitted |
| Request Approved | Notifies the employee when their leave request is approved |
| Request Rejected | Notifies the employee when their leave request is rejected |
| Low Leave Balance | Notifies the employee when their available leave balance falls below a defined threshold |
