      • If you choose Organization, multiple sessions will be applied to all the users in your organization.
      • If you choose User, and the platform will allow you to choose all the users to whom you want to enable multiple sessions.

       Session Idle Time

Session idle time refers to the period of inactivity within the Quixy application session when a user is logged in but not actively engaging with the platform. It's the duration during which the user doesn't perform any actions or provide input. The purpose of monitoring session idle time is to ensure security and optimize system resources.

When it comes to account security, session idle time plays a vital role. If a user remains inactive for a certain duration, the system automatically logs them out to prevent unauthorized access. This feature is particularly useful in situations where users forget to manually log out or leave their sessions unattended, reducing the risk of someone else gaining unauthorized access to their account.

The specific length of session idle time can be adjusted by administrators. Administrators can choose the ideal duration for platform sessions, measured in minutes, for all users within an organization or for individual users.
