The Embed App Link feature in Quixy allows you to share your application with people who don't have a Quixy account. It works similarly to Google Forms, where anyone with the link can access and submit information. By enabling this option, Quixy generates a HTML <iframe> code that can be shared directly or embedded into a website. This makes it easier for users to submit records without logging into Quixy.
Note
You can give this embed app link to any user to add records to the application, and it is not mandatory for the user to be registered in Quixy.
¶ Configuration Steps
- Create an application with all the necessary fields for data collection.
- Go to the Settings tab of your application.
- Choose the appropriate environment (e.g., Dev, Live) from the Select Environment dropdown.
- Locate the Embed App Link section and turn on the toggle.
- Once enabled, you'll see an <iframe> code. Copy this code and paste it into a webpage to embed the form directly within that site.
