The Reports feature enables you to present data from a data source in multiple formats, including tables such as Grid and Pivot reports, info graphics like Chart reports, and documents such as Individual and Document reports. This allows for quick and easy interpretation of large amounts of data, helping users to make informed decisions efficiently.

How to create a report?

Quixy offers more than 40 different report types that can be created using data from a data source. Refer to the video below to understand how to initiate a report creation.

1. API Report: API Report exposes the data present in a data source to 3rd party platform. However, users can filter out the required data that need to be exposed to 3rd party platform from a data source and generate a consolidated API Report.
2. Grid Report: A Grid Report presents data in a tabular view, where each column represents a field and each row represents a record. It is similar to a spreadsheet.
3. Pivot Report: Pivot Tables let you construct a powerful display with data summarized in a grid, both horizontally and vertically (also known as Matrix Views or Cross Tabs). Multiple Fields can be specified for the column, row, and data axis to build multi-level pivots.
4. Individual Report: An individual report is used to create a summary report of an individual data record. It is widely used to create pay slips, invoices and so on.
5. Chart & Charts Report: A Chart report helps you convert any raw data into an infographic or pictorial representation and reveals important data relationships to assist you in visualizing your data and making informed decisions.
