Track and manage all notifications triggered from Quixy
The Notification Logs allow you to track the status of messages sent from Quixy to various users in your organization. You can also monitor the actions taken on each notification.
To access the Notification Logs, navigate to Admin menu → More → Notifications.
On the Notification Logs page, you will find a set of filters and a detailed table to find and manage notification records:
Filters:
Refine your results using the following options:
Select Environment / Workspace / App / User: Filter by a specific environment, workspace, app, or user.
From Date / To Date: Set a date range to view notifications within a specific period.
Status: Filter notifications by delivery status—Sent, Skipped, or Failed.
Notification Type: Choose the type of notification (e.g., Task Created, Task Completed).
Show Archive Notifications: Toggle ON to include archived notifications in the results.
Use Search, Reset, or Clear to adjust your filters.
After applying filters, the table displays the filtered notifications, here you can:
Select multiple records or single record using checkboxes for bulk actions.
Click Resend Notification(s) to resend skipped notifications.
View recipient details: See the recipient’s contact information (Email address, phone number, or WhatsApp details).
Check delivery method: View how the notification was delivered (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
Use the 👁️ icon to view the full details of any notification.
