Add single records to data tables
- Go to the data tables list page.
- Select a data table in which you want to add a record. Click the 3-dot icon corresponding to the data table.
- Select Add Record.
- On the Add Record page, enter the data and click Save.
- You can see the data in the data table records.
How to add multiple records to data tables
There are 2 methods to add multiple records in data tables.
Process 1
Add multiple records manually.
- To add multiple records to a data table, go to the data table list page. Select a data table in which you want to add multiple records, click the 3-dot icon corresponding to the data table, and select Add Multiple Records.
- On the add record page, click on the empty grid row.
- Enter the required data in the row fields.
- To add multiple rows, click +Add Row.
- Add data in the rows and click Save.
Process 2
Add multiple records through Excel.
- On the data table list page, select a data table in which you want to add multiple records. Click the 3-dot icon corresponding to the data table.
- Select Add Multiple Records.
- On the add record page, click Download Excel.
- Open the downloaded excel file and enter relevant data in it, as shown below.
- To upload the data entered in Excel into the data table, click Upload Excel.
- Upload the excel that you downloaded and entered the data into.
- You can see the uploaded data in the data table records.
NOTE
You can upload any existing excel apart from the one that you downloaded from Quixy, but make sure that the names of the form element fields should be exactly same in both excel and data table along with the alphabet's case, and if there is any date fields, it should be in proper format (dd-mm-yyyy).
