    Chatbot configuration for admins


      Article Summary

      An overview of how to configure chatbot in Quixy platform, a quick guide for organization administrators

      You must have Chatbot access enabled for your organization, for your users to be able to use Quixy apps on Chatbot. Please contact the Super Admin to have the Chatbot set up for your organization.

      Once the Chatbot option is available for the Organization, Chatbot Settings option will be enabled in the Preferences menu.  

      Now, to access the apps from Quixy on Chatbot, you need to make sure you have the below pre-requisites ready.  

      1. Enable your preferred channel from Admin Menu -> Preferences -> Configure Chatbot.

      2. Make your apps “Available on Chatbot” in the publish step of any app you wish, as illustrated below.

      NOTE
      You see, with two simple steps, you will be able to enable Chatbot for your organization and enable apps for Chatbot from the Publish step of an app with ease.
