The advantage of the App Review setting is that it enables any selected user or role within the organization to view the activity of an app in the My Activity section of the dashboard, regardless of whether they (selected user or users pertaining to the role) have access to the app or its processes.
By providing the capability for selected users or users in a role to review an app's real-time interactions and transaction data without being able to modify it, the App Review setting can effectively enhance process transparency for the intended authorities. This feature allows them to monitor the app's activity and raise any concerns or questions as necessary.
¶ 1. Configuration
- Open the app for which you want to enable App Review.
- Go to the settings section of the app.
- Navigate to the Enable App Review option. Turn it on.
- Select the intended role or user to whom you want to provide the authority to review the app's transactions.
¶ 2. Reviewer's Experience
- The selected users or roles can go to the dashboard and navigate to My Activities.
- They can open the app's interaction to see the actual transaction details, even though they do not have access to the app or its processes.
