The requests which are raised by the users in an organization to take an action or give some permissions will get recorded in the Admin Requests.
Example
Any user can request the organization admin to deactivate a user or give access to an application/report.
It can be really difficult to send emails and follow up with the org. admin for a request, so if you use this feature, it is really useful to notify the admin with in Quixy.
¶ 1. How to Create an Admin Request
- Go to Admin Menu → More → Admin Requests.
- On Admin Requests page, you will find four columns to fetch the requests and act upon them:
- Select Request Type drop-down will show you the list of all the different types of requests that you get.
- From Date / To Date are to give the date range to view requests created within that period.
- Select Status – Filter requests by their state: All, New, or Closed.
- Click Search to display results that match the selected filters.
- Click Clear to reset all filters.
